Position Overview:
As a Driver at Tanzania Commercial Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of bank personnel, documents, and materials. The successful candidate will uphold a high standard of professionalism, safety, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Transportation:
- Safely drive and transport bank personnel to various locations as required.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of documents and materials.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform routine checks on the bank’s vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure the vehicle’s documentation is up to date.
- Customer Service:
- Provide a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with bank personnel and clients.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver.
- Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
