Job Opportunity For Warehouse Supervisor at Alistair Group

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
• Order Processing: Coordinate the receipt, processing, and dispatch of orders to meet customer demands.
• Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of products.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and key performance indicators.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to address client inquiries and issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
