- Guest Relations: Handle guest complaints and special requests, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Reporting: Generate reports on front office performance, occupancy, and guest satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Safety and Security: Oversee safety and security procedures, ensuring the safety of guests and staff, and compliance with all regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
