• Support the development and implementation of CWS Workwears brand strategy to enhance brand equity and strengthen market positioning.

• Support the conceptualization development and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness foster customer engagement and generate qualified leads.

• Assist in ensuring cohesive messaging and creative alignment across channels while leveraging audience insights and analytics to optimize performance and maximize impact.

• Oversee the development of compelling visual and written content for advertising social media email marketing website and other touchpoints.

• Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all internal and external communications materials and experiences.

• Lead and manage creative processes including brief development design reviews and final delivery.

• Work with internal teams and external creative agencies as required.

• Monitor market trends customer insights and competitive activity to inform brand marketing SoMe community and creative strategy.

• Partner with product sales integrated marketing performance marketing regional marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

• Plan maintain and optimise the social media editorial calendar across LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and YouTube

• Write adapt and quality-check copy (grammar orthography tone) to ensure active brand-aligned language

• Monitor manage and engage with organic/paid interactions; respond in brand-consistent tone

• Track SoMe KPIs (reach engagement share of voice conversions video views) prepare reports and suggest optimisations

• Contribute to the social media strategy define measurable KPIs and ensure goal alignment

• Set up manage andown Emplifi implement governance processes secure brand guardianship

• Prepare and deliver trainings workshops and performance updates to colleagues and stakeholders

These skills distinguish you

• Bachelors or masters degree in advertising media communiactions linguistics (German or English focus) or a comparable field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management communications digital marketing social media or a related role preferably in the B2B or workwear/industrial products sector

• Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Experience collaborating with creative agencies designers marketing and production teams.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and KPIs (LinkedIn FB IG YT)

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an eye for storytelling.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native fluency in German and full proficiency in British English.

• Analytical mindset: ability to evaluate KPIs and provide actionable insights

• Tool competence: experience with social media management tools (Emplifi preferred)

• Presentation and training facilitation for onboarding and governance
