Position: Sales and Marketing Manager – Full Time Position

Location: Moshi Town

Reports to: Managing Director

D & J Distributors Ltd / KILIKAFEE is one of Tanzania’s fastest growing coffee companies. We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and motivated Sales and marketing manager to join our team.

Job Description

Managing the company’s sales by holding sales meetings, maintaining a database, and preparing reports.
Frequent customers visits
Execute marketing campaigns based on sales forecasts.
Respond to client inquiries about our products and services.
To maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service.
Investigate competing products by identifying and assessing market share, pricing, and advertising.
Participating in trade shows to market the products
Manage relationships with external vendors and customers to ensure high-quality and timely marketing program execution and competitiveness.

Required qualification

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field – 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the sale of FOOD.
Broad knowledge of sales and marketing, with an emphasis on food products.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative abilities
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervisions
Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
