Job Description
- As a Manager at N&M Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our real estate operations.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of real estate professionals, managing property portfolios, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities–
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents and support staff.
- Oversee property acquisitions, sales, and leasing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Land management and Evaluation/Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (Finance and Investment)/ Bachelor of Science in Property and Facilities Management or Other related fields.
