Growth Marketing Intern

WHAT WE DO

aescolab provides high-quality blood analyses that help you to achieve your best energy level in your daily life.

We believe in a preventive approach to healthcare and support those that feel restricted by exhaustion and a lack of energy to grasp their full potential. Our product combines granular blood-biomarker analysis, tailored lifestyle recommendations, educational content and close support to uncover the roots of fatigue symptoms.

Founded in 2024, backed by Danish impact fund KRING and headquartered in Berlin, aescolab started to build out a strong team to roll out its commercial activities in the German market. As aescolab’s Growth Marketing Intern (m/f/d) you will work directly with our Growth Marketing Associate Krutika.

Tasks

YOUR ROLE

• Support the planning and execution of social media activities (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
• Assist in creating engaging content (copy, visuals, short videos) aligned with aescolab’s brand and tone of voice.
• Help analyse basic marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks) and derive insights.
• Support email marketing, website updates, and campaign execution.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external partners (e.g. designers, freelancers).
• Assist with PR activities, influencer outreach, and community management.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen aescolab’s brand presence and communication style.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience through internships, working student positions in marketing or related fields.
• Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
• You’re curious about health, wellbeing, or science-based topics.
