Financial Analyst (d/f/m)

The Financial Analyst (d/f/m) is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple regions for our Master Service Apartments. This role supports management decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis, performance monitoring, and cash flow reporting. Working closely with regional bookkeepers and business stakeholders, the analyst ensures the integrity of financial data, identifies key business drivers, and provides actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities. Your Main Duties

• Manage monthly profit and loss (P&L) reporting and forecasting, including variance analysis and performance assessments
• Collaborate across multiple regions to ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of financial reports
• Coordinate and support the annual budgeting process
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial and operational results to management
• Conduct detailed trend analysis to identify financial risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement
• Monitor and report cash balances and cash flow positions, supporting liquidity management and financial planning

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Bachelor or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a Business Administration
• Several years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Corporate Finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to details and data accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, BI, and financial planning tools e.g. SAP or Power BI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
