We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist / Application Manager to oversee the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and incident resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational reliability.
- Manage application updates, releases, and change requests.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Analyze issues, implement solutions, and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in Application Support, Application Management, or a related IT role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, IT service processes, and ticketing systems.
- Experience with SQL and database queries is advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
