WHAT YOU DO

You are the people's champion who will accelerate the digital transformation of our enterprise customers by ensuring high-impact user adoption of Google Workspace and its integrated AI capabilities.

• Strategize Change: Develop and implement comprehensive, customized change management and adoption strategies (including communications, training, and support) for large-scale Google Workspace implementations and migrations.

• Drive Adoption: Actively identify, analyze, and manage anticipated resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate disruptions and maximize user engagement across all levels of the organization.

• Educate and Empower: Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and a knowledge base (including user guides and digital assets) to empower users to leverage the full suite of Google Workspace tools.

• Measure Success: Define, track, and report on key adoption metrics and user feedback to continuously assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and refine the approach for lasting impact.

• Be the Bridge: Collaborate seamlessly with Zoi's Project Managers, Cloud Engineers, and technical delivery teams to align the human transition with the technical implementation timeline.

• Change Expertise: Proven experience as an IT Change Manager or Adoption Consultant leading complex technology rollouts, specifically with cloud-based productivity suites.

• Google Workspace Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem and its features (e.g., Gmail, Chat, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and new Gen AI capabilities like Gemini).

• Methodology: Strong command of change management methodologies and principles (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).

• People & Communication Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, facilitation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to build consensus and communicate complex technical impacts to diverse enterprise stakeholders.

• Language: Fluent in English and proficient in either Vietnamese (Vietnam), Spanish (for Spain/Mexico) or German (for Germany).
