Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding gaming services, promotions, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on games, betting options, and platform functionalities.
• Assist customers with account verification, payment processing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, striving for maximum satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming or gaming industry.
