Why This Role Exists

We are on a mission to help companies go circular and improve their waste operations. As a Customer Success Manager you are the engine behind that mission.

Your responsibility starts with getting customers live and driving deep adoption, but it doesn't stop there. You will be responsible to craft and execute zero-waste customer development plans that grow customers on our platform and help them navigate the complex challenges of becoming more sustainable, whilst also driving operational and cost-efficiency.

You work at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and change. You help customers turn data and AI-powered insights into concrete initiatives, programs, and measurable impact. Your success will be measured by the impact created for customers.

What You’ll Do

Drive Software Adoption & Implementation

  • Guide customers through a structured onboarding process to ensure they understand and use our software successfully

  • Teach and train users in hands-on sessions to ensure everyone from site managers to executives knows how to use our tools.

  • Proactively engage with users to uncover friction points and ensure the software solves their daily problems.

  • Monitor usage and data quality to make the platform the undisputed "source of truth" for their waste operations.

Strategic Customer Development through Impact-Driven Plans

  • Analyze a customer’s current state to "paint the picture" of their two-year journey from basic operations to a fully circular model

  • Identify exactly how our software and different features could guide customers through this journey at each stage to ensure customer growth over time

  • Translate your analysis into a clear and actionable customer plan and journey that generates buy-in from key stakeholders

  • Masterfully guide customers through this plan to enable transitions from "managing waste" to "closing loops" by proving the ROI of each new phase.

Shape Our Product & Approach

  • Bridge the gap to product by translating real-world customer friction and "on-the-ground" challenges into actionable feedback for our Product and AI teams.

  • Help refine our internal processes and ways of working by improving team processes as well as customer playbooks and materials

  • Act as a positive, high-energy engine within the team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and shared wins.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who combines analytical strength, consulting mindset, and entrepreneurial drive.

Your Profile

  • You have experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Consultancy with a proven track-record of strategic customer and/ or project development

  • You’ve led complex initiatives with multi-stakeholder set-ups that have generated measurable impact

  • You thrive on data and are excited by the potential of AI-driven tools to solve real-world waste problems.

  • You are a clear, structured communicator who can translate technical insights into strategic action. Fluency in German and English is a must.

  • You have a "get it done" attitude and thrive in high-ownership environments where you help build the processes as we scale.

Extra Points For:

  • Experience in the Waste, Recycling, or Circular Economy sectors.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-centric products.

  • Enjoy working in growing, imperfect, high-ownership teams
