Deployment Strategist / Success Engineer

About the Role

This posting covers two open seats on the Customer Operations team at a fast-growing AI voice platform: Deployment Strategist and Success Engineer . Deployment Strategists own new customers from contract signature through first production call, turning pilots into recurring revenue. Success Engineers take over after go-live, managing a live portfolio with a focus on adoption, retention, and expansion. Both roles are hands-on, technical, and customer-facing, working daily with AI voice agents that handle thousands of conversations.

What You'll Do

• Scope customer use cases, build and tune voice agents, and manage telephony integrations to bring customers live quickly.

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations into customer tech stacks, including CRMs, dialers, calendars, and ticketing systems using custom function tools and webhooks.

• Monitor agent performance, optimize prompts and conversation flows, and debug integrations and call quality issues in production.

• Own a portfolio of accounts with clear targets: time-to-value and pilot conversion (Deployment), or net revenue retention, logo retention, and usage expansion (Success).

• Lead customer workshops and training sessions, and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

• Build scalable playbooks, workflows, and documentation that make deployment and onboarding repeatable across the team.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year (Deployment) or 2+ years (Success) in a technical, customer-facing role such as implementation, solutions engineering, technical account management, or SaaS support.

• Hands-on experience building workflows and AI agents, with comfort in prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, and debugging integrations.

• Proven track record leading complex, end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, from scoping through production launch.

• Experience integrating third-party systems, including CRMs, dialers, or ticketing platforms, into customer environments.

• Strong business sense and executive presence; able to connect technical solutions to customer goals.

• Methodical troubleshooter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

• Full fluency in both English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Prior exposure to voice agents or conversational AI is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €75,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for these roles.

Location

Based in Berlin, Germany. The Deployment Strategist role is fully on-site. The Success Engineer role may be hybrid within Europe, with regular travel expected.
