Tasks
Your impact
- Work directly with the founders on high-leverage projects across strategy, ops, and product
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute end-to-end
- Build internal systems for hiring, onboarding, reporting, and knowledge management
- Run market, customer, and competitor research and turn insights into decisions
- Prepare founder-grade decks, analyses, KPIs, and follow-ups
Requirements

2. Practical take-home case study (async; presentation 30 min)
A short exercise based on real work at opus:
- Review a problem or scenario relevant to the role
- Propose a practical approach and outline how you’d execute it
- Present your thinking clearly and pragmatically

3. Team & culture (20 min)
A conversation with the founders and team leads to go deeper on your work, real scenarios at opus, and align on ownership, growth, and expectations
