Sales Development Representative - DACH

About the Role

Join a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company in the construction technology (ConTech) space as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the DACH region. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, sitting at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, sales enablement, and one of Europe's largest industries.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping construction-sector sales teams discover how AI can transform their project acquisition process — from lead identification through to pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and engage prospects across the DACH region that match the ideal customer profile

• Communicate the value of an AI-driven revenue engineering platform to construction industry sales leaders

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off pipeline-ready opportunities to the account executive team

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and business needs

• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to a clean, well-managed sales pipeline

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and target segments

• Drive long-term partnerships by building trust with prospects from the very first interaction

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech environment a plus)

• Fluency in German (native or C1+) and strong English communication skills — written and verbal

• Genuine interest in AI, sales technology, and/or the construction industry

• Highly motivated, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong interpersonal skills — you enjoy talking to people and building relationships

• Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing outreach cadences and CRM hygiene

• Experience with tools such as outreach/sequencing platforms, CRMs, or lead enrichment software is a bonus

Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who can obtain work authorisation in Germany.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €45,000 – €60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location
