A Snapshot of Your Day
Join SE GS AP PM C3 and take an active role in delivering Gas Turbine Long-Term Program projects across Korea, Japan, and Australia. You will lead project execution from a technical, commercial, and operational perspective, working closely with onshore Project Management partners to keep delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. As a trusted interface between customers and internal teams, you turn complex project challenges into clear, practical solutions. You collaborate with Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Onshore Project Management to build long-term customer success and support business targets in the Asia Pacific region. Your structured, collaborative approach helps strengthen customer satisfaction and keeps execution moving with confidence.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead assigned Gas Turbine LTP projects across the Asia Pacific region, with full ownership of execution, delivery, and project outcomes.
• Ensure project delivery meets scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project cost, invoicing, cash flow, risks and opportunities, claims, and change order potential.
• Build reliable customer relationships through transparent communication, sound judgment, and solution-oriented execution.
• Collaborate with Onshore Project Management, Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to resolve technical, operational, and commercial topics.

What You Bring

• A BS in Engineering or a related field of study.
• Significant project management experience, ideally in Gas Turbine service business and/or Long-Term Program execution.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of project execution in the power generation industry.
• Experience managing customer interfaces and coordinating cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager
• Structured communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, business proficiency in German and English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Project Management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI or comparable) is considered an advantage.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
