Head of Product (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Head of Product who sits at the intersection of sophisticated predictive decision making and world-class engineering. In this role, you won't just be managing a product roadmap; you will be the architect of our product's evolution, ensuring our AI-driven decision engines are both mathematically sound and engineering-resilient.

You will lead our engineering and product team to translate complex retail challenges into a scalable software solution. As the Technical Head of Product, you are the engine of 7learnings. Our product relies on the harmony between complex algorithms and stable software. You are responsible for ensuring that as we scale, our technical debt remains low and our innovation remains high.

Your mission

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute long-term product OKRs that align with our mission to bring back simplicity to retailers by enabling target driven retail steering

• Engineering Leadership: Directly oversee the engineering department of 9 developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, rapid iteration, and high-quality code

• Engineering Grooming : Prepare development tickets for the Engineering Grooming and discuss and prioritize them upfront

• Technical Architecture Oversight: Act as the bridge between "what the customer needs" and "how we build it," ensuring our infrastructure can handle massive data scales and fast optimizations

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with our Data Science and Sales teams to ensure our predictive models are seamlessly integrated into a user-centric SaaS platform

• Stakeholder Management: Commmunicate technical constraints and product milestones to the executive team and external investors with clarity and candor

Your profile

• Technically Grounded: You likely started in engineering or data science. You can hold your own in a deep-dive discussion about system architecture or API design

• Strategically Minded: You understand that a great feature is only useful if it solves a high-value business problem. You prioritize ruthlessly based on KPIs and ROI

• A Natural Leader: You have a proven track record of mentoring senior engineers and product managers, turning a group of high-performers into a cohesive unit

• Data-Obsessed: You live for metrics. Whether it’s monitoring system latency or analyzing user churn, you let data lead the way

• Language : You have excellent written and spoken English skills
