GTM Engineer

About the Role

We are a fast-growing, AI-native Go-To-Market agency in the DACH region, partnering with 200+ B2B tech companies to scale their pipeline through performance marketing, signal-based outreach, and data-driven automation. Since launching our current model, we have scaled to a strong multi-million Euro ARR run rate with a team of 30+ people — and we're just getting started.

We are looking for a GTM Engineer who wants to take ownership from day one. You will design and build the technical systems that power our clients' go-to-market motions — from workflow automation pipelines to data infrastructure and AI-augmented outreach tooling.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement end-to-end GTM workflows using automation tools (e.g., n8n) and AI models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to power client campaigns

• Integrate data sources, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), and enrichment tools to build scalable, maintainable infrastructure

• Write SQL and Python to collect, transform, and model data that drives strategic decisions for internal teams and clients

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Snowflake) that surface meaningful GTM performance insights

• Identify process inefficiencies proactively and design clean technical solutions to address them at the root

• Take full ownership of strategic projects — from scoping and build to iteration and hand-off — with minimal supervision

• Stay current on the evolving AI and GTM tooling landscape and bring new ideas to the team regularly

What We're Looking For

Required

• 1–3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth engineering, or data analytics

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make) and integrating AI tooling into GTM or marketing processes

• Strong data skills: comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Snowflake)

• AI-native mindset: you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and are curious about their GTM applications

• Systems thinker: you design solutions that are clean, maintainable, and built to scale

• Fluent in both German (C2 / native) and English — written and spoken

• Based in Berlin, Germany, or willing to relocate; hybrid working arrangement required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS, performance marketing, or GTM-focused company

• Familiarity with signal-based outreach tooling (e.g., Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

• Experience building or maintaining CRM reporting infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 per year, depending on experience

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany . Candidates must be located in Berlin or willing to relocate. Remote-only applications will not be considered.
