As a principal consultant at Gallup, you will serve as a highly respected partner to address leaders’ most pressing workplace challenges, such as performance, leadership effectiveness, culture, employee engagement and large-scale change. You’ll help executives interpret their organization’s data, clarify priorities and make well-informed decisions that lead to effective action.

Through your relationships and the quality of your consulting, you will grow your accounts and expand Gallup’s impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise senior leaders on a broad range of workplace challenges, drawing on Gallup’s research, analytics and consulting expertise
  • Build deep relationships to influence decision-making at the highest levels of client organizations
  • Lead sessions, roundtable discussions and consultative meetings that help leaders align, decide and act on complex issues
  • Diagnose client needs, architect tailored consulting approaches and guide clients through change with clarity and credibility
  • Identify and grow new opportunities with existing and prospective clients to expand Gallup’s work and impact
  • Represent Gallup with professionalism and authority in client meetings, executive forums and selected external engagements

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles working with senior leaders required
  • Native-level German and fluent English required; must be able to advise clients confidently in both languages
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Berlin office three days per week required when not traveling
  • Eligibility to work in Germany required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of €110,000–€145,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
