Position Title: Creator Marketing Manager Position Type: FTE Start Date: ASAP Location: Berlin, Germany Contact: Stephen Price | +44(0)1518081052 We are looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end execution of creator-facing activations that drive product awareness, perception, and adoption. Responsibilities: Own and execute creator-facing activations end-to-end, including partnerships, programs, and product education initiatives Drive product awareness and adoption by translating marketing strategies into scalable creator touchpoints Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard Manage and scale education programs focused on content quality, platform understanding, and monetisation readiness Act as a marketing generalist across messaging, creative review, execution, and performance tracking Monitor, measure, and report on campaign impact, capturing insights and improving future activations Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment across all stages of project delivery Requirements: 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, activations, or related fields Proven experience delivering customer-facing or creator-facing initiatives tied to product or commercial outcomes Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners or agencies Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English and German Preferred Skills Experience in experiential marketing, partnerships, or large-scale activations Familiarity with the creator economy, digital media, or technology platforms Experience working across multiple markets or regions Ability to translate product messaging into engaging marketing experiences
