Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for ensuring cleanliness in all public areas and hotel rooms
• Coordinating and communicating with housekeeping assistants, room attendants, external contractors and the laundry department
• Monitoring the care of VIP and regular guests, as well as their rooms
• All administrative tasks, such as monitoring budget figures, preparing monthly reports and holiday planning
• Preparing and monitoring duty rosters and staff planning
• Making decisions based on economic and sustainability considerations, e.g. in procurement
• Monitoring all standards within the housekeeping department
• Leading, developing and motivating team members and trainees

What we expect from you:

• Several years’ professional experience in a company of a similar size and calibre
• A goal-oriented approach to work
• Excellent time management skills
• You are able to complete tasks within clear deadlines and set priorities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle complaints
• A confident and professional manner
• Attention to detail and high standards of quality
• You are flexible and open to new challenges
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• You have basic IT skills in using Microsoft Office tools
• Highly customer-focused and service-oriented
• You are keen to take on responsibility in the relevant area of work and demonstrate a willingness to perform and a high level of self-motivation
