Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical problems.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Keep up-to-date with gaming products and industry developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural experience.
