As our new Friseur Meister (all genders) you will be creating exceptional experiences for our customers while shaping the creative and operational excellence of our salon team. You’ll bring expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling, combined with a passion for mentoring others and driving a culture of beauty, professionalism, and innovation.

In this dual role, you’ll both work hands-on with clients and manage the day-to-day operations of our salon, maintaining a strong focus on sales and achieving commercial targets, while ensuring seamless coordination, outstanding service quality, and a motivated, high-performing team.

• Provide expert hair services including consultation, cutting, coloring, and styling according to flaconi’s premium standards.

• Certified Meister Friseur/in with several years of hands-on salon experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership or salon management.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about beauty, trends, and exceptional customer experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a sense of style and attention to detail.
