Your Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Address customer concerns and provide support

Requirements:

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Empathetic, polite, proactive
• Experience in customer service
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Poland
• Already living in Poland or willing to relocate
