Tasks

As our next HR Specialist , you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development programs and day-to-day HR operations. You will work closely with hiring managers, new joiners, and HR business partner to help us create a smooth and people-centered employee experience.

What You Will do?

Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings and candidate communication to preparing systems, documentation, and a smooth start for new hires.

Learning & Development: Create & implement internal programs and processes such as the annual performance review cycle; support the execution of trainings, workshops, and development initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare reports and templates, support internal communications, and respond to day-to-day HR inquiries.

General HR Support: Contribute to HR projects focused on employee experience and process improvements, collaborating with the broader team to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

What We Expect from You?

• At least 3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment, onboarding & HR administration experience;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Attention to detail and a hands-on mindset;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently driving proactive efforts to add value to the business;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• German language skills are a strong plus
