We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you'll build
We’re seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer/ Product Designer looking to make a significant impact! Our goal? Design the best-in-class user experience for a truly transformational cloud product, and you're going to play a pivotal part in making that happen.
We're on the hunt for a savvy team player to join our team and co-design the User Experience for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. SAP Signavio Process Intelligence is offering businesses a bird's-eye view of their business process operations and revealing critical insights at a granular level, often previously unseen.
As a User Experience Designer, your responsibilities cover the entire design process from idea to concept to release.
- You'll be working tightly with our Product Design team and becoming the key link between our developers, product owners, and our customers. Together, we'll be pioneering new product features and accelerating customer satisfaction.
- So, if you're ready to put your skills into action in an environment that's more cooperative than corporate, come join our team!
What you bring
- Profound knowledge and experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centred designs for enterprise cloud solutions, with a particular focus on enhancing user interaction and overall usability.
- The ability to rapidly understand complex analytical platforms and technical requirements, utilising domain expertise to create clear, user-centred designs.
- Skilled in crafting high-quality user interfaces with a strong command of Figma, including components, prototyping, and collaboration features.
- Demonstrable experience in conducting user research and usability tests, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- An analytical approach to problem-solving, ensuring deliverables are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
- Demonstrable experience in working cross-functionally with Technical Writing, Product Design, Product Owners, and Development to plan, build, and deliver UX artefacts in various formats.
- Actively engaging with the design team through regular collaboration, open feedback exchange, and design critiques; value shared ownership and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture.
- Outstanding communication skills, crucial in presenting design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, along with a demonstrated ability to empathize with and advocate for the end-user.
- Strong proficiency in using and contributing to design systems, with a solid understanding of their structure and application. Familiarity with underlying technical frameworks like React is a plus.
- Working knowledge of agile development principles within a continuous delivery environment.
- A positive, open-minded, hands-on, and collaborative personality with strong self-management skills.
- 8+ years of professional experience in User Experience Design represented in a digital portfolio. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is a mandatory requirement for this application and must be included as part of your submission.
Where you belong
You’ll be joining a close-knit, fast-moving team, focused on building smart, scalable software solutions. As our UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our products alongside the Product Manager and Development Manager and work closely with a talented group of front- and backend engineers.
We’re a collaborative, energetic team that loves tackling challenges together — often around a whiteboard, with coffee in hand. There’s a strong sense of team spirit, and regular in-person collaboration. You’ll also connect with the broader UX design community at SAP Signavio, where sharing ideas and pushing the craft forward is part of the culture.
If you're ready to bring your skills to the table in a collaborative and innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your application along with a link to your digital portfolio showcasing your User Experience Design experience and achievements.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
