GTM Manager
ARC Intelligence is building the AI native Finance OS for modern mid market corporations.
We help finance teams manage planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and performance management across complex corporate structures through a single intelligent platform. By combining financial data, operational workflows, and AI, we enable organizations to automate processes, increase transparency, and make faster, better decisions.
Our vision is to become AI-native ERP system for process heavy corporations. We are starting with finance and building toward a future where AI powered software manages and automates workflows across the entire company.
Tasks
- Own and drive strategic business development initiatives across Germany and selected international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, Accounting Leaders, and other senior decision-makers.
- Generate and manage a high-quality pipeline through your network, outbound efforts, partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Lead executive-level discovery conversations and identify high-value customer opportunities.
- Develop account strategies for complex mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Work closely with founders on commercial strategy, market positioning, and GTM execution.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with consulting firms, private equity investors, finance advisory firms, and ecosystem partners.
- Represent ARC Intelligence at industry conferences, finance events, and executive networking opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to influence product strategy and positioning.
- Help establish scalable GTM processes and contribute to building ARC’s future commercial organization.
Requirements
- 3-10+ years of experience in business development or sales within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, fintech, ERP, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of generating commercial opportunities and building executive-level relationships.
- Strong understanding of finance functions, corporate performance management, FP&A, accounting, or ERP environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders as a credible peer.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Strong ownership mentality and bias toward action.
Ideally, you’ve spent time in private equity, transaction advisory, finance, consulting, or a mid-market operating environment before moving into a commercial or GTM role.
As a result, you bring not only strong business acumen but also access to a relevant network that can help accelerate market penetration and customer acquisition.
