Job Summary

ProGamersGroup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Lead to drive the strategy and execution of our chair category. This role is pivotal in shaping innovative, high-performance seating solutions tailored for gamers and professionals alike. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee the full product lifecycle —from concept to launch— ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, ergonomics, and design.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product strategy for the chair category aligned with company goals

• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on market insights, customer needs, and business impact

Product Development Oversight

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation through design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization

• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality, cost, and performance targets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to bring products to life

• Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution and communication

Market & User Insights

• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions

• Champion user-centric design and continuous product improvement

Stakeholder Management

• Present product plans, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership

• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and external partners as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Proven experience in product development or product management, ideally within furniture, gaming, or consumer goods

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap planning

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required

• Mandarin language skills are highly recommended
