About the Role

This role is for someone who is sharp, reliable, and deeply cares about getting things right. As a Finance Operations Manager at Cleanhub, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations that keep the organization running smoothly. You don’t need a formal finance background - what matters most is integrity, accuracy, and the ability to think clearly and work carefully. You are proactive and actively help the organization improve every day.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile payments across multiple platforms and payment providers
• Handle finance-related customer requests (invoices, payments, clarifications)
• Prepare and maintain regular financial reports
• Support monthly and annual bookkeeping preparation
• Set up and maintain contracts for suppliers, HR
• Ensure financial data is clean, accurate, and well-documented
• Project audits and reporting
• Cash collection and Dunning oversight

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Around 2 years of relevant experience (finance operations, accounting support, business operations, or similar)
• Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong sense of integrity, ownership, and responsibility
• Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and ways of working
• Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets
• Clear communicator who enjoys supporting others
