Founding GTM (B2B Sales)
About the Role
This is the first dedicated GTM and B2B Sales hire at an early-stage healthtech startup building a membership-based personal health operating system in Berlin. You'll own the entire commercial motion — there's no playbook yet, and building it is the job. Your work directly shapes revenue, product direction, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Build and own the full B2B pipeline end-to-end across outbound, partnerships, and inbound channels.
Run the complete sales cycle — discovery, demo, negotiation, and close — on deals ranging from €10k to €500k+.
Identify and close partnerships with employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers.
Set up the sales stack from scratch, including CRM, enrichment tooling, automation, and intent signals.
Partner closely with the founding team on ICP definition, pricing strategy, and product packaging.
Feed real market signal back into product and GTM decisions.
What We're Looking For
2–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthtech, corporate benefits, or a related sector.
Fluent German — required, as the role involves ongoing conversations with German-speaking buyers.
Demonstrated ability to source and close pipeline independently, without relying on SDR support.
Comfort operating as a founding seller: comfortable with ambiguity, able to build process from zero.
Hands-on familiarity with modern sales tooling (e.g. CRM platforms, enrichment, sequencing, and automation tools).
Experience selling into employers, insurers, or wellness decision-makers is a strong plus.
Based in Berlin and available to work on-site full time.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year (all-in OTE). No visa sponsorship available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany .
