About the Role

You have advised DACH enterprises on sustainability, ESG or climate strategy inside a Big Four or comparable consultancy. You know how a Mittelstand Geschäftsführer thinks about cost, risk and compliance. You have watched clients buy software, or fail to.

At Cozero you carry that credibility into a revenue role. You own enterprise opportunities across the full cycle: discovery, solution shaping, commercial negotiation, close. You work directly with Helen, our CEO, on the largest accounts.

The difference to consulting: your recommendation ships as a signed contract, and you see the customer implement it.

What You’ll Do

• Own enterprise sales opportunities from discovery to close, with revenue responsibility.

• Lead solution-oriented conversations with sustainability leads, CFOs and Geschäftsführer, in German.

• Translate complex customer situations (Scope 3, CSRD, supplier data, cost allocation) into a concrete Cozero solution and business case.

• Shape proposals, pricing and negotiation strategy together with CEO.

• Feed structured market and customer insight back into product and go-to-market.

⭐Must-Haves:

• 3 - 6 years of professional experience at PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG or a comparable consultancy, with meaningful time in s ustainability, ESG, climate or adjacent practices.

• Direct exposure to DACH enterprise clients at senior level.

• Genuine motivation to carry revenue responsibility. This is a sales role with targets, and we will ask why you want that.

• Working knowledge of carbon accounting, CSRD or corporate climate strategy, credible from day one.

• Business judgment: you can build and defend a business case in front of a CFO.

• Fluent German and English (C1+). Customer meetings run in German.

• Within 6 months you run enterprise opportunities independently and Helen joins only where she adds leverage.

• Prospects treat you as an expert first and a salesperson second, and buy for that reason.

• Your win-loss insight visibly sharpens how Cozero pitches and prices.

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin.

Our commercial team typically works from the Berlin office 2–4 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

€55,000 – €75,000 gross annual salary per year, depending on experience.
