Product Marketer

About the Role

We're a fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform company based in Berlin, building software that helps organisations securely and flexibly adopt generative AI across their entire operations. Our platform offers model-agnostic AI chat, workflow automation, and custom AI agents — all with a strong focus on security, compliance, and European data hosting.

We're looking for a Product Marketer to sit at the intersection of product and market. You'll translate frequent product releases into sharp positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials — playing a central role in how customers and prospects understand our capabilities as both the product and the category evolve.

What You'll Do

• Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.

• Turn product updates into compelling narratives that explain why new features matter — and to whom.

• Develop and maintain positioning that clearly differentiates the product for different buyer personas (e.g. enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads) and markets.

• Create clear, high-quality product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.

• Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface what users truly value.

• Enable sales and customer success with strong framing, collateral, and ready answers to difficult product questions.

• Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product continue to evolve.

• Participate in product reviews to stay close to what is being built and why.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, delivering go-to-market for software features with measurable impact.

• Proven track record owning end-to-end GTM for software product releases — planning and executing across channels.

• Ability to explain technical products clearly and simply to non-technical audiences.

• Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity over cleverness.

• Strong habit of engaging customers directly to surface value and translate insights into marketing and sales assets.

• Comfortable participating in product reviews without needing to be an engineer.

• A bias towards owning problems end-to-end rather than waiting for briefs.

• Collaborative, kind approach to teammates and customer-facing stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:

• Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and content synthesis as part of your workflow.

• Willingness and ability to be on camera or participate in public-facing demos and presentations.

• Experience targeting or marketing to German enterprise IT buyers (including the German Mittelstand ).

Location & Work Arrangement

This is an on-site role based in Berlin, Germany . We're a small, hands-on team and value being in the room together. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
