F/A/Q Health is building the Adoption Infrastructure for the next generation of patients. FAQ YOU connects health with culture, community, and action, evolving into a global health brand and people's everyday health companion.

Core Accountability

You own the visual quality, consistency, and continuous evolution of the FAQ YOU brand.

• FAQ YOU has a distinctive and instantly recognizable visual identity.
• Campaigns and always-on content clearly belong to the same brand.
• Local markets can move quickly without diluting the brand.
• Templates and systems increase speed without limiting creativity.
• External productions consistently meet our creative quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Art Direction

• Develop and continuously evolve the visual brand world.
• Lead the art direction for campaigns, social media, out-of-home (OOH), events, and partnerships.
• Define imagery, typography, layout principles, and motion language.
• Provide creative leadership for key productions.
• Ensure a strong and consistent visual point of view across all touchpoints.

Design System

• Build and maintain global Figma libraries.
• Develop modular templates for markets and content formats.
• Define scalable systems for social, campaign, and motion design.
• Support local teams in adapting global assets.
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all visual outputs.

Creative Production

• Design priority assets where needed.
• Lead and coordinate designers, motion designers, video editors, and external creative studios.
• Review and approve externally produced creative work.
• Build efficient creative production workflows.
• Partner closely with Content and Marketing teams throughout execution.

DAM & Asset Standards

• Define asset management, file organization, and version control standards.
• Ensure clean, high-quality master assets.
• Maintain standards for assets, formats, and templates.
• Collaborate with Marketing on usage rights and partner-provided assets.

Decision Rights

You own decisions on:

• Visual standards and the design system
• Art direction and creative execution
• Final visual approval of key assets
• Selection of creative partners within the agreed framework
• Continuous evolution of the visual brand

You are not responsible for:

• Global brand positioning
• Editorial content strategy
• Campaign project management
• Commercial partnership negotiations
• Day-to-day publishing

How We Measure Success

• Visual consistency and brand recognition
• Quality of campaigns and always-on content
• Speed of asset production
• Adoption and quality of the design system
• Reduction of manual, ad hoc creative production
• Quality of external creative partners
• Internal satisfaction with studio support and creative output

What You Bring

• At least five years of experience in Art Direction, Brand Design or a Creative Studio environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social, campaign, and brand design.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and design systems.
• Solid understanding of motion design, video, and digital creative.
• Experience leading external creatives, agencies, and production partners.
• Strong visual judgment and cultural awareness.
• The ability to create outstanding design while building scalable systems.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Despite facing many challenges, we refused to accept the status quo and used our creativity and passion to develop innovative solutions. Over the years, our unwavering commitment to empowering young people earned us recognition and various impactful, award-winning campaigns.

As we evolved, we consolidated our various activities and became a leader in youth health and prevention, offering a holistic approach to promote health literacy and informed decision-making. With a deep respect for diversity and the importance of meeting young people on their level, we continued to expand and internationalize our programs, build strong partnerships, and inspire many individuals to join us.

In 2023, after the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, we emerged stronger, with a new team and offices in Hamburg, Johannesburg, and Los Angeles. Committed to our purpose, vision, and mission, we are dedicated to empowering more young people to lead the healthiest life possible.
