Music & Artist Relations Intern (Portuguese / Spanish Speakers)

We are looking for a highly driven intern to work directly with our team on artist outreach, music market research, and data operations.

This is not a passive internship. You will be embedded in daily operations and treated like a real contributor.

Tasks

• Identify and research emerging and established artists
• Find and verify contact information across platforms
• Conduct direct outreach to artists, managers, and labels
• Prepare and send partnership and onboarding offers
• Manage artist data and maintain high-quality databases
• Support A&R-style scouting and market research
• Communicate across multiple languages and cultures

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Natural sales instinct and persuasion ability
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
• Fast learner with strong execution discipline
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Genuine passion for music, artists, and digital media

Good to have:

• Sales, business development, A&R, artist management, music marketing, or creator economy exposure
• Experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or data entry workflows
• Prior internship experience
