The role

You’ll take ownership of digital platforms and help shape their long-term direction. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product work, giving you real influence over how digital products evolve and contribute to broader business transformation.

What you’ll be doing

• Define product strategies and a clear vision based on customer needs, market insights, and business goals
• Translate requirements into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Drive product development from idea to delivery, keeping things practical, focused, and outcome-oriented
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and commercial functions
• Contribute to the development of new digital services and continuously refine existing offerings
• Work closely with stakeholders at different levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout
• Navigate challenges and conflicts constructively, helping teams move forward with workable solutions

What you bring

• Around 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a digital environment
• Experience working with and guiding cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, along with exposure to hybrid delivery models
• A business-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and act pragmatically
• Confidence in communicating complex topics clearly to different audiences
• Ability to make decisions and move forward even when information is incomplete
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
