Working Student (m/f/d) Sales International

We are looking for

A working Student who supports our Sales Team in fluent Spanish, advanced French and English.
As a working student in our international Sales Team, you will actively support our sales in helping to manage new and existing customers.
In this role, you will play an important part in contributing to the company's business success and growth. 
Your primary focus will be supporting French and Spanish speaking customers.

Tasks

Your mission

• All communication conducted in Spanish, French and English
• Analyzing customer needs, meet their requirements and translating feedback to the sales team
• Conducting calls and emails, and scheduling demo appointments
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and sales materials
• Managing customer information and updating the CRM system

Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study in Berlin/Germany
• Ready to work up to 20 hours a week, with the flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule facilitating your studies
• Fluent in Spanish, advanced in French and English
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in sales and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while receiving support, oversight, and guidance from the International Sales Manager
• Experience in sales or customer support is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
