We are looking for a Front Office Intern (m/f/d)

Offer description – Responsibilities / Tasks

• Supporting daily Food & Beverage operations in our restaurant and bar outlets

• Providing professional, attentive and personalized service to international guests

• Assisting during breakfast, lunch and dinner service operations in QIU Bar & Restaurant

• Gaining hands-on experience in service procedures and guest communication

• Supporting service preparation and follow-up activities

• Responding to guest requests and contributing to a positive dining experience

• Collaborating closely with Front Office, Kitchen and Service teams

We offer

• Mandatory internship with a duration of 6 months

• Fair and transparent working hours, 40 hours per week across a 5-day working week

• Monthly compensation of EUR 1,200 gross

• Shopping voucher in the amount of EUR 50, paid out on a monthly basis

• A subsidy of EUR 44 towards Deutschland-Ticket (monthly price: EUR 63) for bus, tram and train

Skills and Expertise – Your profile

• Enrollment at a university or hotel management school is required.

• The internship is completed as a mandatory part of your studies.

• At least one semester of academic studies has already been completed.

• Fluent spoken German is desirable.

• An excellent command of English is expected; additional languages are an advantage.

• A strong passion for hospitality and a professional service mindset are essential.

• Confidence, reliability and a well-groomed, professional appearance complete your profile.
