Our group consists of five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance services, and retailers for refurbished bikes. That’s why we are looking for you: a (Senior) HR Business Partner (gn) who not only excels professionally but also wins the hearts. Someone who shares knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm with a true sharing mindset – and at the same time convinces as a strategic sparring partner at eye level.

• As a strategic and trusted sparring partner, you advise executives on all people-related topics – clearly, confidently, and with sensitivity.
• You drive performance, talent, and organizational development forward and actively shape modern people processes.
• You identify team and leadership issues at an early stage, address them constructively, and develop sustainable solutions together.
• With a convincing presence, you earn the trust of leaders, understand their diverse goals, and align them with the company’s people strategies.
• As a moderator, coach, and source of inspiration, you impress with analytical precision, smart structure, and a thoughtful approach.

Your profile

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner or in a comparable role with a focus on organizational development and leadership consulting.
• Solid expertise in performance, talent, and change management as well as in employment law matters.
• You are characterized by strategic thinking, pragmatic action, and communication at eye level.
• A natural presence and ease that combines professionalism with a sense of humor.
• Authenticity: You win people over with smart arguments, warmth, confidence, and an approachable manner.
