Performance Marketing - Working Student

You will work in the performance marketing team and support them in operational tasks. At the same time, you can learn a lot by working with your senior colleagues and having exposure to a variety of different performance marketing projects.

Aufgaben

• Help the performance marketing team plan, set up, and run online campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly, track key metrics like clicks, conversions, and costs, and suggest ways to improve results.
• Take ownership of ad setup by choosing visuals, support in asset and copy creation, upload ads, and test different variations in platform ad managers.
• Research audiences, keywords, and competitors to find opportunities for new campaigns and improve targeting.
• Prepare reports and presentations showing campaign results, key insights, and learnings for clients and the team.

Qualifikation

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, Data/Analytics or similar).
• You have a strong interest in digital marketing and already know the basics of performance marketing
• You are confident working with numbers, enjoy analysing data and can draw clear conclusions from KPIs.
• You work in a highly structured, accurate, and detail-oriented way and feel responsible for the quality of your work.
• You are comfortable working with Google Sheets and presentation tools like Google Slides
• First hands-on experience with ad managers (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), tracking or marketing tools is a plus, but not a must.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and are fluent in German and English.
