To keep that growth momentum we are now seeking a skilled German speaking Growth Hacker to join our growing international team of 35 online marketing and tech specialists. Based out of Finland, we are focused on capturing the larger growth opportunities available in Germany and beyond, with a particular emphasis on markets like Mexico, Spain, and South Africa.

As a Growth Hacker, you will be the driving force behind Draivi’s expansion in Germany in a team of seasoned experts, leveraging your expertise to innovate and lead cutting-edge marketing campaigns in a high-impact role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, especially in Meta, Tiktok and Snapchat Ads to drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Develop and test engaging ad creatives with the help of our creative specialist.

• Manage and execute SEO measures to ensure the organic visibility of our brands.

• Assist with content creation and landing page optimization to maintain quality and brand consistency.

• Coordinate Freelancer for UGC creation and plan influencer marketing campaigns.

• Develop our organic social media accounts to support our marketing and branding strategy

• Carry out A/B tests in marketing channels and on landing pages to drive performance.

• Support our branding strategy to establish a strong local brand in the German market.

• Continuously analyze performance data with the help of GA4, lookerstudio and our own systems to make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

• Follow up on trends and development in the German financial market and competitor research.

What we expect:

• Proven experience in performance marketing (SEA), with a focus on the German market (preferred but not required).

• Strong (fluent/native) written and verbal communication skills in German and good skills in English

• Ability to solve problems creatively and think outside the box to discover new growth opportunities.

• Excellent analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.

• Familiar with Wordpress or other cms.

• Knowledge of Canva or similar tools.

• Strategic and solution oriented thinking

• Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and the latest digital marketing tools

• Experience with managing social media channels as a plus
