Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)

Your Role

At Neuraum, you’ll take full ownership of our paid social strategy and lead the expansion into display performance channels. Owning a significant share of our paid budget, you’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and scale what works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own Paid Social: Lead our core social ad strategy on Meta with end-to-end ownership of the acquisition user experience.
• Build Display & Native: Launch, scale, and optimize new display and native channels for both prospecting and retargeting.
• Explore & Expand: Identify, develop, test, and integrate new high-potential performance channels into our acquisition strategy.
• Optimize End-to-End: You'll plan, monitor, and optimize KPIs across the entire user funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to conversion to handover.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work with marketing, product, and leadership to drive data-driven growth projects with company-wide impact.
• Strategic Leadership Involvement: You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team, gaining full transparency into company strategy and leading high-impact projects.

What You'll Need

• Strong track record in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads , plus experience in at least one additional channel (e.g. display, native, SEA)
• Proven ability to launch and scale new channels from scratch
• Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing campaigns across the funnel , from creative to conversion
• Deep understanding of the psychology of advertising – how to communicate value, craft hooks, and design creatives that drive action
• Passion for diving into numbers and performance data to improve conversion rates from both analytical and creative perspectives
• Enjoyment in tackling complex challenges in a collaborative, non-hierarchical setup , with willingness to step outside your role when needed
• A positive and team-oriented mindset – we’re a friendly group who value having fun at work Fluency in English and C2-level German for managing campaigns in the German market
