OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Your mission

• Processing leasing and financing applications - from checking the documents to preparing the final contract activation
• Guiding customers through the digital application process - e.g. support with questions, logging cases in CRM
• Checking documents and creditworthiness information - for completeness and plausibility
• Coordination with external partners (e.g. Schufa, banks, leasing companies) for smooth contract processing
• Customer support throughout the entire leasing life cycle - from application to vehicle delivery, contract changes to termination or damage reports in coordination with our leasing partners
• Processing incoming inquiries and tickets - independent resolution of inquiries and, if necessary, customer communication until clarification
• General back office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes in day-to-day business

Your profile

• Enthusiasm for new (financial) technologies as well as cars and customer service
• Completed commercial apprenticeship/studies or comparable qualification with experience in the areas of operations or customer service
• Experience in the car financing or leasing industry and an understanding of the associated processes is an advantage
• High customer focus and excellent communication skills, especially in direct customer contact
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approac h, paired with a strong understanding of processes
• Confidence in using digital tools a nd a quick grasp of new systems
• You have at least C1 language skills in German and English?
• Optional: experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or Slack
