We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in our engineering operations in EU. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and developing Lalamove's engineering initiatives.

• Provide end-to-end technical support for EU operations.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders, engineering teams, local operations, product managers, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in building application functionalities while ensuring alignment with the engineering team at HQ.
• Lead and resolve technical issues related to the EU data center and operations.

• Cloud infrastructure support, database administration, and network operations.
• Application and software development in Java.
• Mobile app development for iOS and/or Android.

• Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a high-performing local team to deliver comprehensive technical support for EU operations.
• Strong collaboration skills to align with local business operations and the HQ engineering roadmap.
• A commitment to fostering a collaborative and self-organized team environment.
• Close cooperation with team managers, local operations, and product management to anticipate operational support and capacity needs.
• A drive for a culture of high quality and performance.

• 4+ years of experience as an software engineer / mobile app developer / infrastructure engineer / DBA.
• Strong hands-on background in engineering and operational support.
• Ability to collaborate with tech lead, local operations, and product management to ensure alignment of technical vision and smooth operational support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
