Marketing Manager
Workster is partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit a Marketing Manager in Berlin.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing the company’s marketing strategy across the DACH region, driving demand generation, brand positioning, and campaign management. You will manage a 7-digit marketing budget and lead campaigns across various channels to build a locally loved brand.
Your Role
- Demand Generation: Own and execute the DACH marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with local business objectives and managing a significant marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize seasonal and evergreen marketing campaigns to drive traffic, boost conversions, and capitalize on key calendar moments (e.g., Black Friday, holidays).
- Partnerships & Affiliates: Scope, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and affiliate programs, tracking performance and scaling successful collaborations.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, site optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, to improve rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Oversee social media and influencer initiatives, building awareness, trust, and engagement with target audiences.
- Brand Building & CRM: Define and strengthen local brand positioning while maintaining global consistency, and manage CRM activations to personalize messaging and improve retention.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience with proven success in demand generation, ideally in consumer-focused environments.
- Strong academic background, with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Creative and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills to adapt to local market nuances.
- Fluency in German (native or C1 level) and English (excellent written and verbal communication).
- Hands-on approach with strategic oversight capability, able to execute marketing campaigns effectively while thinking ahead.
