Referral Marketing coordinator

In this role, you will be part of the Referral Marketing Team , driving the growth of our customer referral program. You will focus on scaling our customer base through referrals, identifying opportunities to optimize the referral funnel, running experiments to increase referral-driven sales, and ultimately growing the number of active participants in our program.

• Develop and optimize a customer-focused referral program based on the existing framework.
• Run experiments to increase referral-driven sales, monitor key metrics, and implement improvements.
• Analyze referral program performance and provide actionable insights to enhance customer participation and conversion.
• Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to integrate referral initiatives with broader business strategies.
• Maintain accurate tracking of referrals, outcomes, and program effectiveness.

• Proven experience in designing and managing customer referral or loyalty programs, preferably within a growth or marketing context.
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of tracking program performance, running experiments, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, design, and development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and referral tracking tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
