The Position

We're looking for talented and motivated Full Stack Developer who thrive in fast-paced environments and love shipping real products that make a difference. Since we're still a young and growing company, you'll also have the unique opportunity to influence how we grow, shape our culture, and define the way we work together.

You'll work on exciting projects for startups and established companies around the world, often directly with founders, product teams, or CTOs. Expect high ownership, fast iteration cycles, and meaningful impact from day one.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, remote-first team that values code quality, product thinking, and constant learning. We want engineers who are not just great at writing code — but also enjoy solving business problems and building end-to-end.

Tasks

We'd love to hear from you if you...

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Are based besed in Europe or within +- 2 hours of Central European Time ( CET ); (Otherwise we will not consider your application)
• Are fluent in English and great at async communication (German is a plus)
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment wearing different hats when needed
• Are not afraid to multitask and switch between projects on demand
• Have preferably worked in an agency setting
• Have a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• Value teamwork, empathy, and mentoring just as much as technical chops
• Have extensive experience building high-quality software using modern stacks (React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
• Have shipped real products and care about the impact of your work
• Have run production workloads in cloud platforms (preferably AWS & GCP)
• Love building products from database to UI , and enjoy understanding the “why” behind features
• Are comfortable working in agile cross-functional teams
• Have experience with CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, microservices, IaC, TDD
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and have a strong grasp of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms

Requirements

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, React.js / Next.js, React Query, React Router, Redux, Angular, Vue.js, Webpack / Babel (or other modern compilers)
• Backend: JavaScript (Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL), Python (Django, Flask), PHP (Laravel, Symfony)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis …
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
• React Native (bonus points if you’ve shipped an app!)
• WordPress
• Low-code tools like Webflow
