As RaiseNow's Senior Online Marketing Manager (f/d/m), you will continuously optimize our website, analyze and measure our market position, and carry out successful online marketing campaigns. You will have a keen eye for measurable visibility and successful lead generation. In our 4-person marketing team, you will report directly to our Head of Marketing, Inga.

Your mission

• You continuously optimize our RaiseNow website through tracking, reporting, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements
• You plan, manage, and optimize paid online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads
• You bring SEO and SEA strategies to life so that our brand is visible and our traffic grows
• You use HubSpot effectively for lead management and reporting
• You track your most important KPIs independently, optimize them, and make data-driven decisions. A measurable ROI is particularly important to you
• You will successfully relaunch the new website for our Koalect brand
• You enjoy working in a team . You are happy to support your 4 colleagues and are closely acquainted with important stakeholders such as RevOps, Sales, and Partnerships

Your profile

• Proven experience in online marketing, including website optimization, tracking, reporting, and A/B testing
• In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA and the ability to implement both organic and paid strategies
• Practical experience with paid online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
• Knowledge of content performance measurement and the ability to increase conversions through optimization
• Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS; JavaScript is a plus)
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), ideally HubSpot
• Fluent English (C1) skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-based user journeys and marketing tools (e.g., for creation, analytics, SEO/SEA, or campaign optimization)
