Your tasks

What connects theDACH region and KoRo? A love for great food and conscious indulgence! You’re passionate about social media trends in the DACH region and enjoy supporting the team in identifying rising influencers. As a true team player, you assist in building relationships with the right partners to help make our products even more popular. With your enthusiasm and organizational skills, you play a key role in supporting our brand’s growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your task will include:

• You will take part in expanding our brand presence in the DACH region by establishing successful partnerships with key influencers on various platforms.
• Identifying, contacting, and negotiating with influencers and agencies to create mutually beneficial collaborations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement in the DACH market.
• Tracking and analyzing the success of influencer partnerships through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure a data-driven approach for maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborating closely with other teams related to the DACH market to integrate influencer marketing into larger campaigns for maximum impact.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new social media platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve in the DACH region.

Your profile

• Ideally, you can join us in October and support us around 15–20 hours per week.
• You are c urrently enrolled at a university and studying something related to business, communication, marketing, or a similar field - as a working student you have to be enrolled in a university!
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and are happy to be on site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
• Your heart beats for the DACH region – you are a native German speaker and have strong English skills.
• Any previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus, but not required.
• You are familiar with social media platforms , especially in the DACH region, and enjoy staying up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends..
• You are creative, flexible, and organized . Managing your time and handling multiple smaller projects at once is no problem for you.

Your salary: 14.00 € per hour during Bachelor's studies/ 16.00 € per hour for during Master's studies or with completed vocational training.
