Work in Berlin

You intend to move to Berlin but did not yet find the right job? We might be of help: For various customers we are looking for outstanding personalities who enjoy working in a customer support or service environment. We are looking for people (m/f/d) who can absorb a lot of knowledge during the training phase prior to interact directly with their clients. We require very good language skills in your mother tongue (oral and written). You further need analytical skills in order to understand your clients problem and the talent to explain mor or less complex circumstances. The following industry or service sectors are currently looking for talented staff: tourism, automotive, energy providers, sports, fashion and electronic devices. Your educational background is not essential. More important is your interest and willingness to work in a service oriented environment, to be customer oriented and to have a hands-on mentality. In all sectors you get an intense training in advance which makes you familiar with the FAQs and the most typical questions beyond. You should be willing to work in shifts (no night shifts) and the average salery is around EUR 13 per hour (gross). Currently we are looking for most of the west- and central European languages, such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, Basque, Catalan, Galician, Italian, Dutch, Flemish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Slovakian and Hungarian. Beside very good language skills in either of these languages we require good skills in English and German. It would be our pleasure to explain the various possibilities in more detail.
