Barkeeper / Barmanager (m/f/x)

To support our team at the a&o Hostel Berlin Hbf we are looking YOU - a Barkeeper (m/f/x) to manage our lobby bar.

We are also happy to consider applications for jobs as bartender, bar chef, mixologist, barman, barmaid, barkeeper, or career changer wishing to provide a great experience to our guests!

YOUR JOB

• You take on the role of host
• You prepare hot drinks, cold drinks, cocktails and alcoholic beverages
• You interact with our guests
• Cleaning and tidying up the bar
• Managing the bar and its storerooms
• Enforcing the quality and HACCP standards atthe bar
• Closing of the cash register and orders as well as monthly stocktaking
• Training and further education of your team

YOUR PROFILE

• As a sales talent you are always communicative and open-minded
• You inspire guests and motivate your team with enthusiasm
• You have a high degree of assertiveness
• You have already some experience in leading a team
• You like to work in the evening or at night and also on weekends
• You are fluent in German and English
